Wet Method Bio-organic Fertilizer Project designed for high-volume commercial production of premium organic fertilizer pellets.

Composted organic powder is transferred via a constant-speed feeder into the new wet stirring pin granulator while receiving a controlled spray of water. The intensive spinning pins shape the powder into firm spheres.

The wet granules travel via conveyor into a rotary dryer, where contact with hot air evaporates excess moisture. They move to a rotary cooler to bring down temperatures and cure the pellet structure. A grading screen routes oversized and undersized particles back to the crusher, while qualified pellets proceed to packing.

The benchmark standard for commercial organic fertilizer brands. The resulting spherical pellets are dust-free, durable for long-distance shipping, and compatible with modern mechanical farm seeders.
