Fermented powder enters a twin-shaft mixer for moisture pre-conditioning and is distributed evenly among the rotating discs. Operators adjust the pan tilt angles and spray volumes in real-time based on particle growth. Formed granules spill from the disc rims onto a central belt feeding the dryer and cooler units. Because organic matter absorbs moisture quickly, a coating machine is added post-cooling to apply anti-moisture oils or beneficial microbial agents before final bagging.
