Working Principle
This industrial-grade unit features dual independent motors paired with a heavy-duty synchronous gear reduction box, ensuring zero-error alignment of two massive, large-diameter rollers (exceeding 800mm). The hydraulic system uses proportional control valves to deliver thousands of kilonewtons of pressing force. Fine powder is directly molded inside pocket patterns carved across the roller faces, yielding instant egg-, pillow-, or briquette-shaped solids. They cleanly release from the molds without requiring heavy post-crushing loops, minimizing fines and optimization recycle rates.
