This Organic Fertilizer Production Line integrates a complete post-granulation processing system including a rotary drum cooler, multi-deck vibrating screen classifier, and automatic weighing bagging machine. The integrated post-processing ensures finished product quality, uniform particle size distribution, and efficient packaging for commercial distribution.
Post-Processing Equipment Details
Rotary Drum Cooler
- Counter-flow air cooling design reduces granule temperature from 60-80°C to ambient +5°C
- Stabilizes granule hardness and prevents post-packaging caking
- Lifting flights inside the drum ensure even cooling of all granules
- Integrated dust extraction port connects to central dust collection system
Multi-Deck Vibrating Screen
- 3-deck or 4-deck configuration for precise particle size classification
- Separates product into standard size (2-5mm), oversize (returns to crusher), and fines (returns to granulator)
- Stainless steel mesh screens with quick-change tension system
- Adjustable vibration amplitude and frequency for different material characteristics
Automatic Bagging & Packaging
- Electronic weighing system with ±0.2% accuracy for 25kg or 50kg bags
- Automatic bag clamping, filling, weighing, and release cycle: 4-6 bags per minute per station
- Compatible with woven PP bags, paper bags, and PE inner-liner bags
- Optional heat sealing, sewing, and conveyor to palletizing station
