SH Series Rotary Drum Fertilizer Granulator Machine with 5-8 t/h Capacity, 11KW Power and Corrosion Resistant Lining
The Shenghong rotary drum fertilizer granulator machine forms round, uniform fertilizer granules by tumbling and consolidating powder inside a rotating drum. This equipment is widely used in compound (NPK), organic, and organic-inorganic fertilizer production lines, transforming mixed raw materials into dense ball-shaped granules ready for drying, cooling, and bagging.
Constructed with carbon steel or stainless steel drum and corrosion-resistant lining, the machine operates stably with low energy consumption and achieves a high granulation rate of up to 70%.
Powder raw material and controlled moisture or steam are fed into the inclined rotating drum. As the drum rotates at approximately 11.5 r/min, the material rolls and gathers into small cores that grow layer by layer into round balls. The nearly ball-shaped granules then exit the drum for drying, cooling, and screening processes, while undersized material is recycled back to the mixer.
The drum is driven by an electric motor through a speed reducer, with protective lining that prevents corrosion and abrasion of the drum shell.
