Drum Type Granulator Machine 10-15 Ton per Hour 18.5KW Corrosion Resistant for Organic Fertilizer
The Shenghong drum type fertilizer granulator machine is a rotary drum granulation machine that forms round, uniform fertilizer granules by tumbling and consolidating powder inside a rotating drum. It is widely used in compound (NPK), organic and organic-inorganic fertilizer production lines, turning mixed raw material into dense ball-shaped granules ready for drying, cooling and bagging. With a carbon steel or stainless steel drum and a corrosion-resistant lining, the machine runs stably at low energy consumption and gives a high granulation rate of up to about 70%.
Powder raw material and a controlled amount of moisture or steam are fed into the inclined rotating drum. As the drum turns at about 11.5 r/min, the material rolls and gathers into small cores that grow layer by layer into round balls. The nearly ball-shaped granules then leave the drum for drying, cooling and screening, while undersize material is recycled back to the mixer. The drum is driven by an electric motor through a speed reducer, and the lining protects the drum shell from corrosion and abrasion.

The machine is used for compound and NPK fertilizer, organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer and animal-waste based fertilizer. It is also suitable for granulating chemical powders and other materials that can be formed by rotary drum granulation, and it works as part of a complete line with a batching system, mixer, dryer, cooler, screener and packaging machine.
