This double roller press granulator is designed for compound fertilizer production lines, featuring an extrusion sliding model design for efficient granulation.

Raw materials pass through double rollers and enter the scattering room, emerging as granules. A customized sieve at the bottom separates qualified granules, while remaining materials return to the mixer for re-granulation.

The electric motor drives the pulley, transmitting power through the speed reducer to two high-pressure roller bodies with sliding mold shells for relative work.

DZJ-I Model: Two rollers interact via a pair of split gears.

DZJ-II Model: Two rollers are driven directly by two output shafts on a dedicated reducer for extrusion.

Raw materials enter the hopper and are pressed and formed by high-pressure rollers. After mold release, materials flow to the crushing and forming section, where crusher rollers driven by chain drive complete the process. Finished particles pass through screening and discharge from the machine.
