The Double Roller Press Granulator is designed for efficient fertilizer production through extrusion technology, offering high capacity and reliable performance for various material types including humic acid and sludge.
Utilizing an extrusion sliding model design, raw materials pass through double rollers into the scattering chamber. Granulation occurs as materials exit through a customized sieve at the machine bottom. Qualified granules are separated while remaining materials return to the mixer for re-granulation.

The electric motor drives the pulley, transmitting power through the speed reducer to a pair of high-pressure roller bodies with sliding mold shells for relative work.
DZJ-I Extruder: Two rollers interact through a pair of split gears.
DZJ-II Extruder: Two rollers are driven directly by two output shafts on a dedicated reducer for extrusion.
During production, raw materials enter the hopper and are pressed and formed by the high-pressure roller body. After mold release, materials flow to the crushing and forming section driven by chain transmission from the active press roller shaft.
Rollers are forged from special materials and precision-machined with numerical lathe and milling equipment, featuring rust resistance, acid/alkali resistance, long service life, and crack resistance.
