Double Roller Extrusion Potassium Fertilizer Granulator Machine with 1-4 t/h Capacity and Carbon Steel Construction
The electric motor drives the pulley, and the transmission belt is transmitted through the speed reducer to a pair of two high-pressure roller bodies with a sliding mold shell to perform relative work.
The SDZ extruder features two rollers interacting with each other through a pair of split gears, driven directly by two output shafts on a dedicated reducer to achieve efficient extrusion.
- Double shaft power output with each shaft driving its roller through coupling for synchronous opposite-direction work, resulting in better granule formation and higher strength
- Simple and convenient ball socket contraposition adjustment design with provided roller adjustment drawings and operation steps
- All machines undergo professional testing and trial production before leaving the factory

Raw materials enter the hopper and are pressed and formed by the high-pressure roller body. After mold release, material flows to the crushing and forming section in the lower part of the roller body.
The power for crushing and forming comes from the relative movement of a pair of crusher rollers driven by the sprocket of the active press roller shaft via chain drive.
After crushing and screening in the working chamber, finished particles pass through the screen to the discharge and exit the machine.
Production Flow: Input → Granulation → Screening → Finished Granules → Optional Processes (Screening Machine, Coating Machine, Weighing and Packaging)
Note: If material becomes blocked, use chain crusher to resolve. Rollers are forged from special materials and machined with numerical lathe and milling machines for rust resistance, acid/alkali resistance, long service life, and crack resistance.
