5-8 T/H Carbon Steel Fertilizer Granulator Machine with 95% Granulation Rate for Chicken Manure Pellet Production
The inner rotor of the organic fertilizer granulator rotates centrifugally at high speed during operation. Powder material is automatically fed into the inner rotor by the frequency screw. Under centrifugal force, the powder material rotates at high speed, creating enormous friction and high temperature. This process gives organic powder material adhesiveness and forms it into spherical shapes.
The organic fertilizer special granulator is the latest technology product developed by agricultural machinery research institute, incorporating years of compound fertilizer processing equipment design and production experience. It has obtained national practical patent. This machine is used for granulating various organic materials after fermentation, breaking through conventional organic prilling methods. Before granulation, raw materials require no drying or crushing, allowing direct burdening to produce grains and saving significant energy.
