The inner rotor of series organic fertilizer granulator rotates centrifugally at high speed during operation. Powder material is automatically fed into the inner rotor by the frequency screw. Under centrifugal force, the powder material rotates at high speed in the cylinder, creating enormous friction and high temperature. Under these conditions, the organic powder material develops adhesiveness and forms into spherical shapes.
The organic fertilizer special granulator is the latest technology product developed by agricultural machinery research institute using years of compound fertilizer processing equipment design and production experience, and has obtained national practical patent. It is used for granulating various kinds of organic matter after fermentation, breaking through conventional organic prilling. Before granulation, there is no need to dry and crush raw materials - they can be directly processed to produce cylindrical grains, saving significant energy.
