15-20 T/H Capacity Organic Fertilizer Production Line for Ball Shape Granules with Engineer Available Service Overseas
The organic fertilizer production line is designed to process various fermented organic substances into high-quality bio-organic fertilizer. Utilizing advanced one-step molding technology, this system transforms animal manure and agricultural waste into valuable fertilizer products. This process not only generates economic benefits for enterprises but also contributes significantly to environmental sustainability projects.
- Agricultural waste: straw, bean dregs, cotton dregs, rice bran, etc.
- Animal manure: poultry litter, slaughterhouse waste, fish market waste, and dung from cattle, pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese, and goats
- Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue, etc.
- Home scrap: food waste, vegetable roots and leaves, etc.
- Sludge: river sludge, sewer sludge, etc.
The organic fertilizer production line typically involves eight key processes: fermenting, grinding, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling, screening, and packaging. While fermenting, crushing, mixing, granulating, and screening are essential processes, drying and cooling may be optional depending on production capacity requirements.
| No. | Processes | Machines | Function of Machines |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fermenting process | Fermentation turner | Mix and blend compost during fermentation evenly |
| 2 | Grinding process | Hopper for forklift Grinder |
Feed compost into grinder evenly Grind compost to powder |
| 3 | Mixing process | Mixer | Mix compost powder evenly; add water, beneficial bacteria, or other micro-elements as needed |
| 4 | Granulating process | Feeding machine Granulator |
Feed mixed powder into granulator evenly Transform mixed powder into fertilizer granules |
| 5 | Drying process | Dryer Hot stove Cyclone |
Dry fertilizer granules to low moisture using hot air Generate hot air for dryer Collect dust from dryer |
| 6 | Cooling process | Cooler Cyclone |
Cool fertilizer granules to normal temperature Collect dust from cooler |
| 7 | Screening process | Screener | Screen out required size from fertilizer granules |
| 8 | Packaging process | Air compressor Packaging machine |
Generate power to packaging machine Package fertilizer granules into bags |
Our organic fertilizer production line creates products exclusively from fresh chicken and pig manure, completely free from chemical additives. Due to the limited digestive capacity of chickens and pigs—consuming only 25% of available nutrients—the remaining 75% is excreted in feces. This results in dry products rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, proteins, and other essential nutrients.
A single pig's annual excrement, combined with appropriate cushion material, can produce 2,000-2,500kg of high-quality organic fertilizer containing:
- 11-12% organic matter
- 0.45% nitrogen
- 0.19% phosphorous oxide
- 0.6% potassium oxide
This quantity provides sufficient fertilizer for an entire year's agricultural needs. The resulting organic fertilizer contains over 6% nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium nutrients and more than 35% organic matter content—exceeding national quality standards.
