The drum granulator is a machine designed to shape materials into specific forms. As one of the key equipment in the compound fertilizer industry, it is suitable for large-scale production in both cold and hot granulation lines, as well as high and low concentration compound fertilizer production lines.
The primary working method involves aggregate wet granulation, where a controlled amount of water or steam facilitates chemical reactions within the rotating cylinder. Under specific liquid conditions and the rotational movement of the cylinder, particles aggregate and create extrusion pressure, forming the material into spherical pellets.
