NPK Compound fertilizer production line is widely applied to produce compound fertilizer with capacity ranging from 5,000-200,000 tons/year. The process flow includes: raw material ingredients, raw material mixing, raw material granulation, particle drying, granular cooling, particle grading, finished packaging film, and final product packaging.
Compound fertilizer contains two or all three of the basic plant nutrients—Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium—as well as microelements such as B, Mn, Cu, Zn, and Mo. Raw materials can be powder or bulk, primarily including:

The equipment process is compact, scientific, and advanced, featuring energy saving, consumption reduction, no waste removal, stable operation, reliable running, and convenient maintenance. It offers wide raw material adaptability and is suitable for granulation of compound fertilizer, medicine, chemical industry, and feed, with high granulation rate.
- Raw material ingredients: Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulphate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, and coarse whiting, ca), potassium chloride, potassium sulfate and other raw materials are proportionally matched according to market demand and soil test results.
- Raw materials mixing: Ingredients are mixed to improve uniform fertilizer efficiency of granules.
- Granulation of raw material: Mixed raw material is sent to granulator (drum granulator or extruding granulator).
- Granulation drying: Granules are placed in dryer to remove moisture, increasing strength and improving storage capability.
- Granulation cooling: Dried granules are cooled to prevent clumping and facilitate bagging for storage and transport.
- Particle classification: Cooled particles are graded; unqualified particles are crushed and regranulated while qualified products are sifted out.
- Finished film: Qualified products are coated to increase brightness and roundness of granules.
- Packaging of finished product: Coated particles are stored in ventilated areas.
- Granulation drying: Moisture in granules is dried to increase strength and improve storage.
- Granulation cooling: High-temperature granules are cooled to prevent clumping and facilitate bagging.
- Particle classification: Cooled particles are graded with unqualified particles crushed and regranulated.
- Raw material ingredients: Raw materials are proportionally matched according to market demand and soil test results.
