Introduction
The organic fertilizer granulator utilizes high-speed rotary mechanical mixing force and resulting aerodynamic force to process fine powder materials through continuous mixing, granulation, spheroidization, and densification processes. This granulation method achieves high pellet formation rates with aesthetically pleasing granules while saving energy by eliminating the need for drying fermented organic matter with moisture content between 20-40%.
Applications include agricultural waste, animal manure, industrial waste, household scrap, and life sludge. The machine is designed and manufactured using a new wet continuous push-rod granulation process.
