Product Overview
The Double Roller Press Compound Fertilizer Granulator utilizes extrusion slip technology for efficient fertilizer production. This CE-certified equipment features robust construction and reliable operation for industrial manufacturing applications.
Working Principle
The motor drives the belt and pulley, transferring power to the drive shaft through the speed reducer. Through open gear synchronization with the driven shaft, the double rollers rotate in opposite directions. Raw material is input through the feed hopper, undergoes extrusion molding and demoulding granulation, then transfers via chain to crushing and screening. After separation, finished granules are produced while powder returns to the mixer for re-granulation. Continuous motor rotation and material input enable mass production.
