Product Overview
Our compound fertilizer granulator machine is a key fertilizer equipment in compound fertilizer granulation. This roller-type granulator is a newly designed fertilizer roller compaction granulation device developed through extensive research.
Materials are granulated at room temperature without any drying process, making it more energy-efficient and cost-effective. With characteristics of small investment, large profits, and quick results, the double roller compactor granulator delivers significant economic returns for investors.
Working Principle
The compound fertilizer granulator operates on the extrusion slip model principle. The motor drives the belt and pulley, transferring power to the drive shaft through the speed reducer. Through open gears synchronized with the driven shaft, the double rollers rotate in opposite directions.
Raw material is input through the feed hopper and undergoes extrusion molding, demolding granulating. The material then transfers via chain to crushing and screening stations. After separation, finished granules are produced while powder returns to the mixer for re-granulation. Continuous motor rotation and material input enable mass production.
