Rotary drum granulation equipment is a molding machine that manufactures materials into specific shapes. Materials granulate through the cylinder's rotating motion and condense into spherical shapes under controlled humidity and temperature conditions.
- The bearing carries the machine's full load, making proper lubrication crucial for bearing lifespan, which directly affects machine service life and operational efficiency. Required oil must be clean with effective seals. Key lubrication points include rotating bearings, roller bearings, all gears, movable bearings, and sliding planes.
- Newly installed tires are prone to loosening and require frequent inspection.
- Regularly monitor all machine components for normal operation.
- Track wear levels on components and promptly replace worn parts.
- Maintain clean movable device bottom planes, removing dust to prevent movable bearing displacement on the chassis when encountering unbreakable materials, avoiding serious accidents.
- Immediately stop operation if bearing oil temperature rises and investigate causes.
- If rotating gears produce impact sounds during operation, cease operation immediately for inspection.
The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, transmitting power to the driving shaft via the speed reducer. An open gear on the drive shaft engages with the large toothed ring fixed on the machine body, ensuring synchronized directional operation. Materials enter through the feed end and undergo granulation via the tube's specialized internal structure, exiting through the outlet. Continuous material input combined with the granulator's rotation enables mass production capabilities.
