The Pan Type Compound Fertilizer Granulator produces uniform round ball-shaped granules with high efficiency and reliability for organic and compound fertilizer production.

Disc granulator (also known as the ball plate) adopts the whole circular arc structure, achieving a granulating rate of over 93%. It features three discharging ports for convenient discontinuous production, reducing labor intensity and improving efficiency. The reducer and motor use flexible belt drive for smooth startup, reducing impact force and extending equipment service life. The plate bottom is reinforced with multiple radiant steel plates for durability and deformation resistance. With a thick, heavy, and strong base design, it requires no fixed anchor bolts and operates smoothly.

Raw material powder is mixed evenly with water, then transported into the disk. As the disc rotates, the material gradually forms spherical granules through rolling motion. Once reaching the predetermined diameter, the granules exit the pan for the next processing stage.
