Carbon Steel Compound Fertilizer Granulator with Adjustable Pan Angle 35-55° and High Granulating Rate 93%
The Disc Pan Ball Shape Compound Fertilizer Granulator is the primary equipment for transforming powder materials into spherical granules. This machine is widely used in cement, steel, and compound fertilizer industries, offering numerous advantages including uniform ball formation, precise moisture control, high ball strength, simple structure, easy operation, low energy consumption, stable rotation, and reliable performance.
This equipment is commonly used in the compound fertilizer industry, particularly suitable for medium to low concentration fertilizer production on a smaller scale. The pan's slope angle can be adjusted from 35° to 55° to accommodate different production requirements.
- Utilizes overall arc structure design with granulation rate exceeding 93%
- Features three discharge outlets for convenient intermittent production operations, reducing labor intensity and improving efficiency
- Flexible belt drive system between reducer and motor ensures smooth startup, reduces impact, and extends equipment lifespan
- Granulation disk bottom reinforced with multiple radiation plates for enhanced durability and deformation resistance
- Thicker, heavier base design provides stable operation without requiring anchor bolts
- Volumetric metering feeding equipment ensures even and continuous material supply to subsequent processes
- Wide application range suitable for various non-sticky materials including coal, cement, clinker, limestone, shale, and clay
The granulator operates with the pan revolving at a specific angle to the horizontal plane, driven by a motor through a reducer. Powder materials rise along the revolving pan due to friction while simultaneously falling under gravity's influence. Centrifugal force directs the material toward the pan edge.
These three forces cause the powder material to roll in a specific trajectory, gradually forming into the required size granules that eventually overflow from the pan edge. This process ensures high granulation rate, uniform grain size, strong granules, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
