This series of drum granulator operates on the following principle: the main motor drives the belt and pulley, which through the reducer drives the drive shaft. The installed open shaft gear works together with the large gear teeth fixed on the body. Material is fed from the feed end through the inside of the cylinder, where the internal structure forms particles that exit through the outlet. As material continuously enters and the granulator rotates continuously, mass production is achieved.

- The bearing carries the full load of the machine, so proper lubrication is crucial for bearing life. It directly affects the machine's service life and operation rate. Required oil must be clean and seals must be in good condition. Main oil filling areas include rotating bearings, roller bearings, all gears, movable bearings, sliding planes, etc.
- Newly installed tires are prone to loosening and must be inspected frequently.
- Monitor whether all machine parts are working normally.
- Pay attention to the degree of wear on wear parts and replace worn components promptly.
- Keep the bottom plane of movable devices clear of dust to prevent movable bearings from moving on the chassis when encountering unbreakable materials, which could cause serious accidents.
- If bearing oil temperature rises, stop immediately to check and eliminate the cause.
- If rotating gears produce impact sounds during operation, stop immediately and check.
