The drum granulator operates through an electric motor that drives the belt and pulley system. This motion is transmitted to the driving shaft via a speed reducer. An open gear mounted on the drive shaft engages with a large toothed ring fixed on the machine body, ensuring synchronized operation in the same direction.

Material is fed from the input end and processed inside the rotating tube. The specialized internal structure facilitates the granulation process, with finished product exiting through the outlet. Continuous material feeding combined with the granulator's rotation enables high-volume production.
