The electric motor drives two counter-rotating rollers via a belt pulley and reducer. The hydraulic system applies controlled pressure to the rollers. Raw materials enter the feeding port and are compressed into dense sheets or strips under high pressure. After demolding, the material falls into the crushing and shaping chamber, then is screened to obtain standard-sized granules, which are finally discharged through the chute.
