The machine utilizes high-speed rotating mechanical shearing force and resulting air power to continuously implement mixing, granulating, and densification processes for fine powder materials. This achieves efficient granulation with spherical particles having a sphericity of 0.7 or higher. Particle size typically ranges between 0.3 and 3 mm, with a granulating rate of 90% or higher. Particle diameter can be adjusted based on mixture quantity and spindle speed—generally, lower mixing volume and higher rotational speed produce smaller particles.
