8t/h Capacity Organic Fertilizer Production Line with 75Kw Granulator Power for Round Ball Shape Granules
The rapid development of livestock and poultry farming produces substantial amounts of excrement and sewage. Traditional processing methods are insufficient for handling the high concentration of harmful elements in this waste. Our company has developed an organic fertilizer production line that utilizes high-efficiency solid-liquid rotten aseptic deodorization technology as its core process.
- Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran, etc.
- Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter and animal waste, including slaughterhouse wastes, fish market wastes, and urine/dung from cattle, pigs, sheep, chicken, ducks, geese, goats, etc.
- Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue, etc.
- Home scrap: food waste, vegetable roots and leaves, etc.
- Sludge: river sludge, sewer sludge, etc.
Our organic fertilizer production line products are made from fresh chicken and pig manure without any chemical additives. Since chickens and pigs have limited digestive capacity, they only absorb 25% of nutrients from feed, leaving 75% to be excreted. This results in dry products containing nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, proteins, and other beneficial components.
The annual excrement from a single pig, combined with cushion material, can produce 2,000-2,500 kg of high-quality organic fertilizer containing 11% organic matter, 0.45% nitrogen, 0.19% phosphorous oxide, and 0.6% potassium oxide - sufficient for a full year of fertilization needs.
Our organic fertilizer is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and other nutrients, with over 6% nutrient content and more than 35% organic matter content, exceeding national standards.
