Working Principle
This roller granulation system operates on an extrusion sliding model. The working principle involves: electric motor driving belts and pulleys, transmission to the drive shaft via reducer, and synchronized operation through open gears and passive shafts. Materials are fed from the hopper, extruded by rollers, and demolded to form granules.

Production Processes
1. Mixing Process
Mix required chemicals including NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP, ASO4, MOP, SOP, MAP, and CaCo3
2. Smashing Process
After fermentation, lumpy materials are crushed using high-moisture material crushers for efficient processing of semi-wet materials
3. Granulation Process
Critical production stage where nutrients are added and spherical particles are formed using specialized organic fertilizer granulators
4. Drying Process
Granules are dried using rotary tumble dryers to reduce moisture content to 10%-40%
5. Cooling Process
Dried particles are cooled using drum coolers to ensure product quality
6. Screening Process
Drum-type fertilizer screeners separate waste products from standard materials
7. Packaging Process
Fertilizer packaging machines automatically and efficiently pack finished products
