Organic Fertilizer Production Process
  1. Centrifugal Granulation: The disc granulator utilizes centrifugal force for pellet formation. Initial processing involves fermenting livestock and poultry manure with appropriate auxiliary materials in fermentation tanks.
  2. Crushing and Mixing: Fermented organic fertilizer raw materials are crushed to appropriate particle size, transported to horizontal mixers for blending, then conveyed to granulator feeding bins.
  3. Feeding and Granulation: Powdered raw materials are evenly fed into the disc granulator. Automatic moisture spray systems maintain optimal material humidity. Centrifugal force and disc friction create axial rolling that forms organic fertilizer particles.
  4. Drying and Cooling: Moisture-rich particles are conveyed to drum dryers where heat energy converts during tumbling. After reaching proper moisture content, particles are cooled and sent to screening machines for classification.
  5. Screening and Coating: Qualified particles proceed to coating machines; unqualified particles return to crushing and mixing processes for re-granulation.
  6. Packing and Warehousing: Coated particles are measured and packaged using automatic weighing scales before storage.
  7. Dust Removal: Comprehensive dust control using cyclone collectors or water curtain wet dust removal systems with three-stage treatment for emission compliance.
