Working Principle
The new organic fertilizer granulator utilizes high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and resulting aerodynamic force to continuously mix, granulate, spheroidize, and densify fine powder materials. This process achieves uniform granulation with spherical particles featuring a sphericity ≥0.7 and particle sizes typically between 0.3-3 mm. The granulation rate reaches ≥90%, with particle diameter adjustable through material mixing quantity and spindle speed control.
