NPK Compound Fertilizer Production Line with 12 Months Guarantee for Ball Shape Granules and Automated Operation
Our NPK compound fertilizer production line features comprehensive equipment designed for efficient and versatile fertilizer manufacturing.
The NPK fertilizer production line includes: raw material batching machine, fertilizer mixer, fertilizer crusher, fertilizer granulator, particle dryer, particle cooler, coating machine for finished products, and quantitative packaging machine. This system can produce various concentrations and types of compound fertilizers including organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, biological fertilizer, and magnetic fertilizer.
Special Capability: The granulation process for thinner and ammonium bicarbonate series compound fertilizers fills a significant gap in domestic production capabilities.
- Raw Material Batching: Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, heavy calcium, ordinary calcium), potassium chloride and other raw materials are proportioned according to local market demand and soil test results.
- Mixing: Prepared raw materials are mixed evenly using horizontal or disc mixers to ensure uniform fertilizer efficiency content.
- Agglomeration & Pulverization: Large material agglomerates are crushed using chain mills to facilitate subsequent granulation processing.
- Material Granulation: Mixed and crushed materials are conveyed to granulators (rotary drum, double-roller extrusion, or disc granulators) - a crucial step in organic-inorganic compound fertilizer production.
- Primary Screening: Semi-finished products undergo preliminary screening; unqualified particles return to the mixing stage for reprocessing using drum screening machines.
- Particle Drying: Granules from primary screening are dried in tumble dryers to reduce moisture content, increase strength, and improve storage stability.
- Particle Cooling: Dried fertilizer granules are cooled using coolers to prevent agglomeration and facilitate packaging, storage, and transportation.
- Secondary Classification: Cooled particles are classified; unqualified particles are crushed and re-granulated while qualified products are screened using secondary drum screening machines.
- Finished Particle Coating: Qualified products are coated to enhance brightness, roundness, and overall appearance using coating machines.
- Quantitative Packaging: Coated finished pellets are conveyed to silos for temporary storage, then automatically packaged and sealed using electronic quantitative packaging and sewing machines, with final storage in ventilated areas.
