The powdery organic fertilizer production line is one of the simple organic fertilizer production lines, also known as small-scale organic fertilizer production lines. This system is ideal for small farms and includes dehydration, drying, fermentation, crushing, mixing, and packaging processes. The complete process involves fermenting, decomposing, crushing, mixing, and packaging organic fertilizer raw materials such as animal manure, domestic garbage, sludge, distiller's grains, and biogas residue to produce finished powdered organic fertilizer.

The fermentation begins with approximately 60% material moisture content. Materials are placed in fermentation tanks or stacked piles. Thermophilic microorganisms utilize soluble and easily degradable organic matter as nutrients, rapidly proliferating and generating heat that raises the compost temperature. When material temperature reaches 60°C, the compost turner begins operation, exposing bacteria to oxygen to accelerate reproduction and reduce material moisture. Fermentation continues until temperatures stabilize around 50°C, followed by a 5-7 day curing period. The complete fermentation process typically takes 20-25 days, depending on material conditions and local temperature.
This machine stores fermented materials and delivers them evenly and quantitatively to the next conveyor. Equipped with a frequency converter for adjustable conveying speed, an anti-smashing net prevents large material chunks from damaging equipment. The silo includes anti-blocking stirring devices and wall vibrators to prevent material clogging.
The vertical crusher processes fermented materials into powder finer than 40 mesh. Material moisture content should be controlled below 40% for optimal crushing performance.
The rotary screening machine separates crushed materials, with finished products advancing to the next stage. Anti-blocking hitting devices prevent screen hole clogging when processing semi-wet materials. Oversized materials can be re-fermented or discarded based on composition. Standard mesh size is 3-5 mm, with 1 mm mesh available for materials with moisture content below 20%.
This unit stores finished organic fertilizer materials and features a frequency converter for adjustable conveyor speed. Electrical controls coordinate with the packaging scale to transport materials on demand, maintaining adequate supply without causing blockages.
The powder packaging scale quantitatively packs finished materials in 20-50 kg quantities. Available in two models: with bucket (pre-weighing before bag placement) and without bucket (weighing after bag placement). Bucket scales can be equipped with automatic folding, sewing, and cutting machines, requiring only one operator for the entire packaging process.
