The SHQ Series Disc Pan Granulator Production Line is a complete fertilizer granulation system that uses a rotating disc (pan) to convert powdered organic and compound fertilizer materials into uniform, spherical granules. This tumble-growth technology requires no pressure and produces high-quality pellets ideal for mechanical spreading.

The disc pan granulator operates on a simple but effective tumble-growth principle:

1. Material feeding: Powdered raw materials and binder (water or liquid additive) are continuously fed onto the rotating disc
2. Tumbling action: As the disc rotates, materials tumble and roll against each other
3. Granule growth: Binder makes particles tacky, causing them to adhere and form small seed pellets
4. Layering: Seed pellets pick up additional fines as they tumble, growing layer by layer
5. Discharge: When granules reach the disc edge, centrifugal force carries them over the rim and out through discharge chutes
