The disc granulator (also known as the ball plate) adopts a whole circular arc structure with a granulating rate exceeding 93%. It features three discharging ports for convenient discontinuous production, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving efficiency. The reducer and motor use flexible belt drive for smooth startup, reducing impact force and extending equipment service life. The plate bottom is reinforced with multiple radiant steel plates, ensuring durability and preventing deformation. Designed with a thick, heavy, and strong base, this equipment operates smoothly without requiring fixed anchor bolts, making it ideal for organic and compound fertilizer production.

Water is added to mix raw material powder evenly, then transported into the disk. As the disc rotates, the material gradually forms spherical granules through rolling. Once the predetermined diameter is achieved, the granulation exits the pan for the next processing stage.
