Working Principle
This series of products operates through a main motor driving a pulley and belt system, which transmits power through a reducer to drive a pinion. The pinion interlocks with a large gear fixed at the bottom, working in opposition. The specially designed large gear, installed on the main shaft and fixed on the frame, adjusts the plate to support the granulating disc operation (this machine uses a spray mechanism).
Materials enter the granulating disc and, through continuous rotation of the disc and spray device, particles stick together evenly. The machine features an automatic cleaning device in the granulation upper plate design, preventing wall material viscosity and significantly extending machine service life. With continuous motor rotation and material input, mass production requirements can be met.
