The organic fertilizer production line is designed to process various fermented organic substances into bio-organic fertilizer using one-step molding technology. This system utilizes animal manure and agricultural waste as primary raw materials, transforming waste into valuable resources while creating economic benefits and contributing to environmental sustainability.
With the rapid development of livestock and poultry farming, substantial amounts of excrement and sewage are produced. Traditional processing methods cannot effectively handle the high concentration of harmful elements in this waste. Our company has developed this organic fertilizer production line featuring high-efficiency solid-liquid rotten aseptic deodorization technology.
Processing Materials
- Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran, etc.
- Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter and animal waste, including slaughterhouse wastes, fish market wastes, and dung from cattle, pigs, sheep, chicken, ducks, geese, goats, etc.
- Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue, etc.
- Home scrap: food waste, vegetable roots and leaves, etc.
- Sludge: river sludge, sewer sludge, etc.
Working Process
Raw material fermentation → Raw material crushing → Raw material mixing → Raw material drying → Fertilizer granulating → Fertilizer cooling → Fertilizer coating → Fertilizer packing
1. Fermentation by Compost Turner
After moisture adjustment, manure is piled and mixed using a compost turner. The fermentation process takes approximately 15-20 days. This moving type system allows for daily feeding of raw manure and daily collection of finished compost. Alternative options include groove/crawler type compost turners and fermentation pots.
2. Crushing the Compost
After fermentation, large compost particles are crushed into fine powder using a vertical crusher with internal hammer mechanism. This system offers high crushing efficiency and long service life.
3. Granulation
The fine powder is sent to granulators to produce organic fertilizer granules. The system can produce round granules or short cylindrical particles, with granule diameter adjustable based on powder moisture content.
4. Drying/Cooling
Granules undergo drying and cooling processes before packing. Drying preserves granular shape and extends the shelf life of finished products.
5. Coating
Granule surfaces can be coated with powder or liquid to extend shelf life or modify product color, resulting in more visually appealing finished granules.
6. Packing
Finished products are bagged using woven or plastic bags. Sealing makes the finished product more commoditized and ready for market distribution.
