Calcium Ammonium Nitrate Compound Fertilizer Disc Granulator Production Line
This compound fertilizer production line is designed for manufacturing calcium ammonium nitrate fertilizer using disc granulator technology. With an annual capacity ranging from 5,000 to 200,000 tons, this system efficiently granulates various materials including NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and others into uniform compound fertilizer particles.

Production Process Overview
Loader Type Feeder
Raw materials including urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulphate, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate and other ingredients are proportionally matched according to market demand and soil test results.
Fertilizer Mixer
Ingredients are thoroughly mixed to ensure uniform fertilizer efficiency throughout the granules.
Fertilizer Granulator
Mixed raw materials are sent to granulators (Disc Granulator, drum granulator, or extruding granulator options available).
Drying & Cooling
Granules are dried to remove moisture, increasing strength and improving storage stability. Cooling prevents lumping and facilitates packaging.
Screening & Classification
Cooled particles are graded;不合格 particles are crushed and regranulated while qualified products are sifted out.
Finished Product Packaging
Film-wrapped particles are stored in ventilated areas for optimal preservation.
Packing & Delivery
- Small machines and spare parts are packed in wooden boxes, with custom packing available per customer requests
- Production lines or large quantities are packed in 20ft or 40ft containers
- Standard packaging uses wooden boxes; exports to European countries include fumigated wooden boxes
- Alternative packaging options include PE film or custom arrangements for tight container situations
