High Efficiency Disc Granulator with 93% Granulation Rate Three Discharging Ports and Flexible Belt Drive for Organic Fertilizer

The disc granulator (also known as the ball plate) adopts a whole circular arc structure, achieving a granulating rate of over 93%. It features three discharging ports for convenient discontinuous production, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving efficiency. The reducer and motor use flexible belt drive for smooth startup, reducing impact force and extending equipment lifespan. The plate bottom is reinforced with multiple radiant steel plates for durability and resistance to deformation. Designed with a thick, heavy, and strong base, it operates smoothly without requiring anchor bolts. The main gear uses high-frequency quenching, doubling its service life, while the disc is lined with high-strength glass fiber for corrosion resistance and durability.

The disc revolves at a specific angle relative to the horizontal plane. Basic fertilizer powder mixed according to the formula is added to the revolving disc. The powder rises due to friction with the disc while simultaneously falling under gravity. Centrifugal force swings the powder toward the disc edge. With the spraying of cementing agent water, the powder material rolls in a specific trace under these three forces, gradually forming into the required size before overflowing from the disc edge.
