The granulation disc adopts an integral circular structure with a granulation rate exceeding 93%. Featuring three discharging ports for convenient intermittent production operations, it reduces labor intensity and improves efficiency. The reducer and motor are driven by flexible belt for smooth starting, reduced impact force, and extended equipment lifespan.
The granulation tray bottom is strengthened with multiple radiant steel plates for durability and deformation resistance. The thickened, heavier base design operates smoothly without anchor bolt fixation. The main gear uses high-frequency quenching for doubled lifespan, and the granulation surface is lined with high-strength fiberglass for corrosion resistance and durability.
