The organic fertilizer granulator employs high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and generated aerodynamic force to continuously achieve mixing, granulation, spheroidization, and densification of fine powder materials within the machine. This process effectively transforms materials into spherical granules with sphericity ≥0.7 and typical particle sizes ranging from 0.3-3 mm, achieving granulation rates ≥90%.
Particle diameter can be precisely adjusted by controlling material mixing volume and spindle rotation speed. Generally, lower mixing quantities combined with higher rotational speeds produce smaller particles, while the opposite conditions yield larger granules.
Optimal Application: This machine is particularly suitable for granulating light and fine powder materials. The quality of pellets improves with finer basic particle sizes, typically requiring materials to be less than 200 mesh before granulation.
