Product Introduction
Double roller bentonite organic fertilizer granulator is a multifunctional fertilizer press machine capable of producing both compound and organic fertilizer granules. The finished granules are oval-shaped, but can be processed into round granules using an optional ball shaping machine. This energy-efficient system operates at room temperature without requiring a drying machine, saving significant energy and cost. Available production capacities: 0.5-1t/h, 1-1.5t/h, and 1.5-2t/h.
Working Principle
This roller granulation system operates on an extrusion sliding model. The electric motor drives belt and pulley systems, transmitted to the drive shaft via reducer, working in synchronization through open gear and passive shaft. Material is fed through the hopper, extruded by rollers, demolded and pelleted, then passed through chains to the crushing screen studio where finished pellets are separated. Returned material mixes with new materials for continuous granulation, enabling mass production.
Applications
The double roller granulator features wide raw material adaptability including DAP, SSP, gypsum, sheep manure, cow manure, chicken manure, pig manure, bentonite, and other animal poultry waste. It produces high-concentration fertilizers including organic, inorganic, compound, rare earth, potash, and ammonium bicarbonate series fertilizers. When integrated into a complete fertilizer production line, no rotary dryer is required.
