Rollers can be customized according to specific requirements to produce granules in various shapes and sizes. Available granule shapes include flat ball, strip, pillow, irregular, and other specialized configurations. The flat ball shape in 3.5mm and 4mm sizes represents our most popular models.
Raw materials: 50% lignite + 50% potassium salt in powdery form with small red potassium salt particles. Material features approximately 15% water content. Achieves one-time forming with high hardness results.
Processes ammonium sulfate crystals without requiring crushing. Adding 5%-8% water enables one-time forming with exceptional hardness that increases over time.
Handles raw materials consisting of 70% limestone powder and 30% urea crystal. Direct addition of approximately 5% water facilitates granule formation. One-time molding produces particles that develop significant hardness after brief drying periods.
