Production Line Overview

1-20t/H Capacity Organic Fertilizer Production Line designed for processing fermented organic materials into high-quality fertilizer granules.

Technical Process

The complete production line processes fermented organic waste materials (cow dung, sheep dung, pig dung, chicken dung, sludge, rice straw, corn straw) with approximately 30%-35% moisture content. After crushing and sieving, binders (bentonite, humic acid) and other required ingredients are proportioned in the batching mixing system according to specifications.

Additional components can be incorporated to create specialized fertilizers:

  • Functional bacteria for biological organic fertilizer production
  • Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (total nutrient content less than 15%) for organic-inorganic fertilizer production

The fully mixed material is uniformly fed into the granulator via belt conveyor, then shaped into spherical particles by the polishing machine. Particles undergo low-temperature, high-air-volume drying (≤65ºC), followed by cooling and sieving. Finished particles are conveyed to storage silos and packaged using computerized quantitative packaging systems.

  7. Cooling: Hot fertilizer particles are cooled to appropriate temperature
  8. Screening: Non-uniform particles are separated; undersized particles are recycled for reprocessing
  9. Coating: Surface treatment for uniform, sleek fertilizer granules
  10. Packaging: Final packaging for market distribution
