Yes, if we have stock sample free of charge but freight collected by you, sample time 3-7days. If we don’t have stock We charge mold fee for a customized sample and return the mold cost back after order placed. Freight collect. Sample time 15-20days

It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 45 days for small quantity, and about 60days for large quantity.

Payment<=1000USD 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% deposit, the balance before shipment.
 

Q6: Do you have any warranty ?
Yes ,one year warranty, not included human damaged , so please kindly check the packages after you receive the goods. If there are any defective units/short quantity/wrong products, please note that you need to send us pictures of the defective items, we can send replacement units for free in the next order.
