The ZB150KQE Copeland compressor condensing unit is designed for cold room storage applications, featuring a parallel refrigeration system with AC condenser capabilities. This high-performance unit ensures reliable cooling for commercial refrigeration needs.

Start-Up Instructions for Parallel Units

Pressure Holding: Remove the low pressure transmitter
Vacuum: Perform vacuum procedure
Add Freon:
- Close the compressor valve and maintenance valve
- Open the liquid reservoir valve
- Add freon to the needle valve in front of the filter
- Close the liquid storage valve and open the maintenance valve
- Fill up the freon and open the oil balance maintenance valve
- Select 1 compressor, open the exhaust valve and half of the suction valve
- Control via system control box, turn on water pump or condenser fan
- Turn on liquid inlet electromagnetic fluid and evaporator fan
- After 10 minutes of operation, fully open the suction valve
- Check compressor oil level and oil reservoir oil level
Unit Control Box:
- Displays operating values: high pressure, low pressure, exhaust air temperature, suction air temperature
- Displays alarms: suction/exhaust pressure alarm, press current alarm, condenser current alarm
