Our Steel Edge Protection Mesh Barrier had 45° cut at the end of wire to Prevent hurt fingers.
 
Featuring 90 degree bending top and bottom, incorporating a galvanised kickplate that helps prevent objects falling through the panel bottom.
 
The edge protect barrier system is an ideal choice, easy and fast to install.
 
Production Process
 
1. Raw Material
Used Q195 Low Carbon Steel Wire, which is suitable for welding wire mesh panel strongly.
 
2. Welding
Used high strength welding machine, which make the welding point strongly, not easy to depart.
 
3. Bending
Top and Bottom had 90 degree bending, which make the panel more strong to afford big impact.
 
4. Polishing
Before Powder coated, All the black panel will be polished to have more adhesive.
 
5. Powder Coating
High quality powder makes the panel anti-corrossion.
 
6. Closed Toeboard
The toeboard covers the bottom return of the barrier giving full debris containment when installed outside the working surface.
 
7. Reinforced Edges
The barrier has reinforced flat bar edges making them extremely strong. This prevents damage during handling and transport.
