Working Principle Description:

  1. Air Compression: Atmospheric air is compressed to a certain pressure by an air compressor.
  2. Adsorption Stage: The compressed air enters an adsorption tower filled with molecular sieves, a type of adsorbent material. Oxygen, water vapor, and other impurities are selectively adsorbed by the molecular sieves, allowing nitrogen to pass through.

  4. Desorption Stage: As the adsorption tower becomes saturated with adsorbed impurities, the system switches to another tower. The saturated tower is depressurized, enabling the desorption of the trapped gases and regenerating the molecular sieves for the next adsorption cycle.
  5. Nitrogen Collection and Storage: The purified nitrogen is collected from the adsorption process and directed to storage tanks or distribution systems for later use.
  6. Continuous Cycling: The system continues to cycle between adsorption and desorption stages to maintain a continuous and stable supply of high-purity nitrogen gas.
