Working Principle Description:

PSA oxygen production system is based on molecular sieve (molecular sieve) as adsorbent, through pressure swing adsorption (PSA) with ambient air as raw material, under the condition of normal temperature and low pressure, using the characteristics of molecular sieve adsorption capacity of nitrogen (adsorbate) in the air increases when it is pressurized and decreases when it is depressurized, The rapid circulation process of pressure adsorption and decompression desorption is formed, so that the oxygen and nitrogen in the air can be separated. The carbon dioxide, gaseous acid and other gaseous oxides in the air belong to the substances with strong molecular polarity, and it is difficult to pass through the molecular sieve, so that the purity of the oxygen produced can reach 93%.
