Take a 25HL fermenter as example, its specifications is as follows:

1.  Working volume:25HL, with 25% head space ;

2.  Material SUS304

3. Design pressure 30 psi , using pressure:15psi;

4. Racking Arm and discharge port with butterfly valve and fittings;

5. PLC control, dimple plate cooling jacket.

6.  Insulation thickness: 100mm; Inner tank thickness: 3mm;

7.  CIP arm and spray ball

8.  Release and breath valves

9.  Side manway

10.  Pressure gauge & Thermometer & Sample valve.

11.  Dual zone dimple cooling jacket with glycol inlet and outlet;

12.  Four legs with brace and adjustable bolt;

13.  Interior of tank is mechanical polished, inner body polishing ratio ≦0.4μm. Out plate surface protection welding line Belt Sander Polished.

14. With valves and accessories matched.

15. TIG welding with inert gas ARGON 100% -

16. All the pipes and pieces in direct contact with the product will be SUS304 stainless steel sanitary grade food. -

17. All connections between pipes and tanks will be Tri clamp
