A) Pu Line Application:

This line is for wall and roof PU sandwich panel producing, the PU sandwich panel have function of sound insulation, heat insulation and prevent burn and use in wall panel,roof panel ,cold storage panel and so on.

B) Line Structure:

l The line is total automatic continuous PU production line unit, with composite machine to get to produce wall panel and roof panel bayonet Pu sandwich panel, at the same time the output panel thickness is adjustable, see the specific panel drawing.
l Composite machine adopts belt type with the character of light,simple and good sealing.
l The whole line is controlled automatically by PLC, the productivity effenciency improved much.
