Automatic Strut Channel Production Line, can produce profiles of various cross-sectional specifications and models, and the replacement of plate types is fast and convenient, and one person can operate the entire line. PLC centrally controls the unwinding, leveling and feeding of the whole line, Fixed-length punching, roll forming, follow-up cutting, and discharging. Multiple groups of parts data tasks can be set at one time, automatic production, and remote control.

2). Equipment overview:

Double cantilever gear transmission, the manufacturing width of the machine can be adjusted continuously, and the width and height of the profile can be changed.

The archway is formed in 20 ways, and the host consists of an AC motor, a reducer, a archway, a gearbox, a leveling system and a rolling die. The machine base and transmission adopt welded structure with hardness treatment, and the roll material is 45# steel.

The roll forming process is produced by the German COPRA software; the finite element process analysis and inspection are carried out. Increase line speed and reduce forming resistance. Thereby ensuring the accuracy and stability of the equipment.

A. Foreign debugging

If you need it, we will arrange for our professional engineers to help you install and debug the machines well. The buyer should pay $100 per day

B. Guarantee period

The warranty will be maintenance, maintain in the guarantee period of 18 months starting from delivery. Because of the quality of equipment during the guarantee period, we will provide the parts free of charge, which is in the conditions of correct operation. (Natural disasters or factors which can’t be forced by humans are excluded).

C. Training

During the installation and adjustment of the equipment, our engineers shall provide the training to the buyer’s personal request to operate and maintain the equipment. Including foundation construction, electrical works, hydraulic oil, safe operation, and non-standard safety items, testing material and etc.
