Self loading and discharge garbage truck is mainly for garbage collection.
It is composed of a sealed garbage container, hydraulic system, operating system, with dozens of bins, the hydraulic lifting device of the truck can hanging on, lay down, lift up and down the bins. A work cycle loop time is 50s.
Sealed garbage container can avoid secondary pollution. The self loading function can hang on the bins and dump trash directly on the roadside and dump into the truck which can omit a step of gather the trash of the little bins.
1 The up-cover and the rear-cover are opened and closed by hydraulic. there is a scraper device pushed by hydraulic which can make sure the residual ash (slag) rate of <3%.
2. Hydraulic system adopt quality lifting oil cylinder, operation valve, card sleeve type joint, high pressure hose and high pressure pipe, reasonable installed, and reliable fixed, ensure no leakage in a long time, convenient to maintenance, prolong the service life.
3 Garbage box material are using Wuhan Iron and steel, the bottom plate can add stainless steel plate, that could make the discharge more easy and clean. At the same time, the bottom can be adding anti frozen settings according to the area of seasonal temperature.
